We’re honored to care for your home. Our mission is simple: deliver a clean that feels good, for your home, your health, and your family. We use plant-based products with organic ingredients where possible, paired with eco-friendly, non-toxic methods that keep your air cleaner and your space feeling lighter and refreshed.

Ceiling fans dusted (if reachable)
Cupboard fronts spot‑cleaned
Outside of fridge cleaned; top dusted if uncluttered/reachable
Mirrors cleaned streak‑free
Wall hangings dusted
Windowsills cleaned
Molding, and door frames dusted
Light switches & doorknobs disinfected
Backsplash cleaned
Counters cleaned (items moved and replaced)
Small appliance exteriors wiped
Microwave cleaned (inside & out)
Stove exterior cleaned
Dishwasher exterior wiped
Faucet cleaned (top, underside, sides)
Sink scrubbed
Table & chairs cleaned
Baseboards dusted
Trash emptied & outside of can wiped
Floors vacuumed & mopped
Overall room reset & tidy
Bathrooms
Light fixtures dusted (reachable)
Mirrors polished
Medicine cabinet exterior cleaned
Counters cleaned; items moved & replaced neatly if not over cluttered
Sink & faucet scrubbed
Cabinet fronts spot‑cleaned
Toilet interior scrubbed; exterior disinfected including base & underside
Tub & shower scrubbed (walls, hardware, ledges, glass)
Baseboards dusted
Trash emptied & outside of can wiped
Floors vacuumed & mopped
Bedrooms
Surfaces, baseboards & fans dusted
Bed made (1 bed included per cleaning; additional beds $12 each)
Windowsills cleaned
Light switches & door handles cleaned

Living, Common Areas & Hallways

The thermostat returned to the arrival setting (For safety and comfort, the home must be kept between 60–75°F during cleanings)
 

Specialty Cleaning — Notes, Prices & Limitations
Oven Interior Cleaning
$100 per oven
Heavy‑soiling surcharge may apply
Chemical‑based cleaning only if client provides the product
Refrigerator / Freezer Interior Cleaning
Standard refrigerator: $85
Sub Zero / high‑capacity units: $120
Must be empty or close to empty
The freezer must be turned off and completely empty before our arrival to prevent damages
Blind Cleaning
Light feather‑dusting included in standard service
Deep‑cleaning available upon request $10–$25 per set depending on style & buildup, Kitchen blinds tend to have the most built-up, Heavy‑soiling surcharge may apply
We are not responsible for damage to blinds due to brittleness, age, sun exposure, or weakened or hardware
Areas We Do Not Clean
Biohazards (mold, pest activity, feces/urine—human or pet)
Nicotine or smoke‑exposed homes
Heavy or unsafe lifting/moving of furniture
Improperly installed or unstable décor / shelving
Antiques or historical items (by request we will skip)
 


Important Note About Shower Grout & Mold
Shower grout often develops surface-level mildew or mold from moisture buildup. We will scrub and clean these areas to the best of our ability using non-toxic products.

However:

We cannot guarantee complete removal of mold or mildew in grout
We cannot prevent new growth after the cleaning
Fully eliminating grout mold typically requires:
multiple cleanings per week plus chemicals
professional grout resealing or re-grouting


This policy is standard in the cleaning industry, as mold in grout is a structural and moisture-related issue—not a surface cleaning issue. Mold often develops deep within the grout, beneath the tile, and into the shower pan, and beyond, which cannot be resolved through routine cleaning.

 
Breakage & Liability
While we always work carefully, cleaning naturally involves movement of items, water, and equipment. To keep everyone protected:

Unstable or Hazard‑Prone Items
We cannot assume responsibility for accidents involving:

Loosely hung pictures
Floating shelves or décor not secured properly
Top‑heavy décor or wobbly furniture
Delicate items placed in unstable areas (narrow ledges, unstable stands)
Please relocate fragile or unsteady items to a safe area before your cleaning.

 

Insurance Coverage
Fresh Clean Organics is fully insured. However, insurance does not cover:

Pre‑existing damage or instability
Items installed improperly
Fragile/heirloom items (crystal, figurines, antiques)
Damage resulting from normal wear & tear
You may request that we skip cleaning fragile areas or items entirely.

Compensation & Repairs
We will compensate up to $100 for verifiable breakage.
Higher‑value items may be repaired through a professional restoration vendor rather than replaced.
Items valued above $25 may require proof of value for reimbursement or repair.
For high‑value specialty items (e.g., oven glass, custom furniture), repairs are handled through our insurance provider when applicable.
 
How to Prepare for Your Cleaning
Preparation ensures we can focus on detailed cleaning rather than decluttering.

Please:

Pick up toys, clothing, and general clutter
Ensure sinks are not filled with dishes
Make sure counters have reasonable access
Secure pets if needed
Provide access (key, lockbox, or code)
This allows us to deliver the high‑quality clean we’re known for.

 

Access to Your Home
Clients may choose one of the following:

Be home to let cleaners in
Provide a code (garage, keypad, or door)
Use a lockbox with a key
If our team cannot access your home due to lockouts, incorrect codes, or missing keys, the full service rate will be charged.

 
Payment Policies
Payment is due at time of service
We accept Stripe, with cards on file.
For card payments, a processing fee may apply
All clients will transition to Stripe card‑on‑file for simplicity & security
 
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling within 48 hours: 25% service rate
Cancelling within 24 hours: 50% service rate
Lockouts or no way of entry at the time of service: 100% service rate
Why this policy exists:

Our cleaners rely on predictable income
It prevents gaps we can’t refill on short notice
Allows us to maintain stable, reliable scheduling for all clients
 

Skipped Cleans
For recurring clients:

Skipping a weekly clean moves  your next appointment to the Biweekly rate
Skipping a biweekly clean moves your next to a monthly rate
Skipping a monthly clean moves your next to a deep clean rate
This ensures we have enough time to restore your home’s condition.

 
Referral Program
We love referrals—they help us grow sustainably.

Referral #1: $25 off your next cleaning
Referral #2: $50 off your next cleaning 
Referral #3 $75 off your next cleaning
Referral #4 and every referral after: 50% off your next cleaning
Referral Expiration Policy
Referrals are valid for 18 months. If a referral expires before you earn your next reward, it won’t count toward your total.

So, if you have 3 referrals and the first one hits 18 months before you receive your 4th, that older referral expires — meaning you’ll still need one more new referral to reach the 50%-off reward.


 

Our Guarantee

Your experience means everything to us. If we miss something or fall short of expectations, simply reach out within 24 hours and we’ll come back to re-clean the area at no charge.
